Role - Deputy Corporate Chef
Location -
Hamburg, office based / hybrid working with travel

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Corporate Chef to support culinary operations across the fleet of a leading shipping brand. This role ensures the delivery of exceptional dining experiences, adherence to standards, and team leadership in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing menus and culinary standards, incorporating global trends.
  • Supervise kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
  • Lead and mentor culinary teams, fostering professional growth and motivation.
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and procurement to maintain efficiency and quality.
  • Oversee quality assurance and address guest or operational feedback.
  • Collaborate on events, themed dining, and new initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience in cruise/hospitality environments.
  • Proven leadership in large-scale culinary operations, with a focus on innovation and consistency.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and global cuisines.
