As Corporate Quality Manager, you will ensure the company's Quality Management System (QMS) meets all customer expectations, internal standards, ISO 9001 requirements, and regulatory guidelines. You will work closely with Compliance and Legal teams to maintain ISO 37001 accreditation. Your responsibilities will include overseeing quality assurance programs, conducting internal and external audits, managing change processes, and leading management reviews. Additionally, you will integrate various management systems to enhance efficiency and support ongoing improvements. This role requires collaboration across all offices and business activities to ensure quality standards are maintained globally.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Assurance or equivalent.
  • Lead Auditor certification; Project Management certification is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in corporate quality assurance, including conducting quality assurance audits, incident investigations, site inspections, risk assessments, and change management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of corporate QMS requirements and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and business skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proven ability to manage quality across a global organization, with experience in corporate governance and compliance.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Presently based in Singapore.
