Job Description

I am hiring for a Cruise Commercial Manager. This key role ensures vessels under full management are operated per contractual terms, supports Technical Superintendents in understanding management agreements, and oversees the accurate, timely preparation of quarterly account reports.

Key Responsibilities:

 - Controlling and monitoring the vessels’ budgets in close cooperation with the Technical Fleet Manager and the respective Technical Superintendent
 - Maintaining Channels of communication with Owners at all times;
 - Being fully conversant with the Company’s Management System;
 - Implementing effectively the Company’s Management System;
 - Contributing to the development of new or the amendment of existing procedures;
 - Promoting and supporting efforts for continual improvement;

Key Requirements:

 - University Education; minimum of three (3) years with the Company or in a managerial position;
 - Maritime experience in a similar commercial role / client-facing position.
 - Good command of the English language;
 - Good leadership, controlling and communication skills as well the ability to work within a team;
