Faststream Yacht Crew is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Chief Engineer to join a highly desirable 45m+ private vessel based in the Mediterranean, operating on a single-season programme.

This position is ideal for an experienced Chief Engineer with 3–5 years in the industry, including at least one year as Chief Engineer on a similar-sized vessel, ready to take the next step in their career.

To be considered, you must hold the following:

Valid STCW documentation and seagoing medical
Y3 equivalent or higher
Chief Engineer experience in yachting
MTU experience (ideal)
Availability by mid-April

In return, the vessel offers:

€6,000–€7,500 salary
2:2 rotation
Training budget and development opportunities
Long tour bonus
