Your Role
- Oversee an authentic French restaurant, ensuring top-tier taste, presentation, and quality.
- Design and execute menus, blending tradition with innovation.
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff to maintain excellence.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cost control compliance.
- Experience as Chef de Cuisine, Head Chef, or Executive Sous Chef in high-end French dining, ideally on a luxury Cruise ship.
- Deep knowledge of French cuisine, regional dishes, and techniques.
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
- Cruise or luxury hospitality experience is a plus.
- Work with a prestigious luxury cruise brand.
- 4 months on board and 2 months off rotation
- Salary above $6500 per month on board
- Travel the world while advancing your career.
