Responsibilities
- Identify and secure opportunities for chartering offshore support vessels, including AHTS, PSVs, and CTV's. Negotiate charter party agreements, both chartering in and out. Build and maintain relationships with oil and gas companies, vessel owners, and marine contractors.
- Monitor trends in the offshore energy market, including supply-demand fluctuations and regional requirements. Set competitive charter rates based on market intelligence. Provide input on vessel positioning and fleet deployment strategies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with legal, operational, and financial terms. Mitigate risks related to contract disputes. Ensure vessels meet technical and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure vessel availability and readiness. Support technical teams in ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Track charter revenues, costs, and vessel profitability. Ensure timely invoicing and payments from charterers. Evaluate vessel performance and propose improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Offshore Vessels
- Familiarity with Chartering contacts
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
