We're partnering with a fast-growing shipping company looking to expand their team with a skilled Chartering Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and execute chartering strategies to maximize fleet utilization and profitability
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, shipowners, and brokers
✔ Negotiate charter contracts and monitor performance metrics
✔ Stay updated on market trends to drive informed decision-making
Ideal Candidate Profile:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Business, or related field
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in dry bulk chartering (MPP experience preferred)
✅ Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record
✅ Excellent analytical and communication abilities
✅ Fluent in English and Mandarin (a must!)
