Key Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with existing clients while seeking opportunities to engage new partners.
- Managing, assessing, and responding to charter enquiries.
- Reviewing and negotiating Charterparty agreements.
- Preparing tender submissions and competitive proposals.
- Conducting market research to identify emerging opportunities in offshore wind farm developments.
- Compiling and presenting reports on chartering activities, market insights, and performance metrics.

Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role within the maritime or offshore sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the offshore wind industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- A track record of building and sustaining long-term client partnerships.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
