This role is responsible for overseeing the branch’s daily activities, ensuring operational efficiency, driving business growth, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, sales, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the branch’s revenue and profitability.
Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with clients and partners.
Oversee and manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations (Air, Ocean, and Land).
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching/training as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics (Air, Ocean, Land).
Proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving business growth.
Strong knowledge of international trade, customs regulations, and supply chain solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
