Operating in key maritime locations across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East & Africa, and the Americas, we deliver to clients and candidates worldwide.
Due to significant market growth and continued success, this newly created role offers a unique opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders within Faststream and work in a high-performing business. As Associate Director for Shipping, you will expand our Maritime recruitment brand throughout Asia Pacific, partnering with world-leading brands across our established Technical Shipping and Commercial Shipping teams.

What do we look for in an Associate Director?
We seek someone highly entrepreneurial with strategic vision and ideas. You should have proven experience in building teams and business, and leading in a recruitment or commercial maritime environment. You will be attending and speaking at key maritime events such as Singapore Maritime Week, Sea Asia, and Singapore Shipping Association, and a flair for networking and developing senior-level relationships is important for this role.
