With office hubs in Southampton (UK) and Singapore, we provide professional recruitment services and solutions to clients and candidates in key maritime hubs across EMEA, Asia Pacific, and the Americas.
As Team Leader at Faststream Commercial Shipping, you’ll be partnering with clients such as ship owners, ship managers, broking houses, trading and commodities firms, and commercial management teams. You will be delivering high-end, permanent recruitment solutions across the EMEA region, for specialist roles including shipbrokers, traders, charterers, operations managers, and other mid-senior management positions.
You will be joining a high-performance culture with a top-billing team and opportunities for international travel, including client meetings and participation in key maritime events such as Breakbulk Europe, the London Tanker Operations Party (LTOPS), London International Shipping Week, and more.
Based in our Southampton office, you will report directly to our Associate Director of Faststream Shipping and become part of our Group Leadership Team. This will give you the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from other Team Leaders and Managers across the business.

Remuneration: A salary package of circa £65,000 per annum, including base salary, uncapped commission, bonuses, team override, and a £400 monthly car allowance.
