Are you an experienced HSEQA professional seeking a challenging opportunity? We are engaged to recruit a dynamic and skilled Assistant HSEQA Manager to join our esteemed client's team. This role is particularly exciting as it involves working on the prestigious SHELL Brunei project, coupled with hands-on experience in DP accommodation vessels and OSV.

Reporting to the HSEQA Manager, this role involves developing and implementing HSEQA programs to ensure compliance with standards such as ISM, ISPS, MLC, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. The position involves leading internal vessel audits, assisting in office audits, conducting Risk Assessment/HAZID workshops, and managing accident/incident investigations. Additionally, the role includes supporting HSE initiatives, conducting safety inductions, maintaining records, and participating in short-term audits, inspections, or training sessions on vessels.

Key requirements:
  • Deck Officer familiar with marine/offshore operations and DP certificate.
  • Shipboard management with a focus on health, safety, and environmental protection.
  • Previous work with Brunei Shell as an HSE focal point, offshore project HSE execution experience, including familiarity with OCIMF (OVID & OVMSA) and IMCA requirements, and MODU Code.
  • Internal auditor certification for ISM, ISPS, MLC, ISO 9001/14001/45001.
  • Proficiency in Risk Assessment and Incident Investigation.
