We’re looking for a Commercial Manager to lead and drive commercial strategies for our ship repair and conversion projects in Singapore.
You’ll manage customer enquiries, quotations, and contracts, while overseeing a team responsible for estimation and invoicing. The role involves close collaboration with operations to optimise yard utilisation, as well as handling contract negotiations, change orders, and compliance with internal policies.
You’ll need strong commercial acumen, team leadership experience, and at least 8 years in a similar shipyard role.
A degree in Business or Engineering is preferred, with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with tools like Salesforce or Power BI being a plus.
