Responsibilities
- Drive aftermarket sales of marine systems and services in partnership with specialist product teams
- Develop and deliver sales strategies tailored to a customer base within the UK & Ireland
- Act as the key relationship manager for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Provide expert support in lifecycle management, maintenance planning, and system conversions
- Negotiate and manage service agreements and long-term contracts
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance reviews
- Liaise closely with internal departments, including operations, engineering, and marketing
- Champion continuous improvement in sales processes and customer engagement
- Attend client meetings and industry events across the UK & Ireland
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marine or Maritime Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a similar technical discipline
- Solid technical background with experience in the maritime or marine engineering sector
- Familiarity with marine mechanical systems, automation, or control technologies is desirable
- Demonstrated success in technical sales, account management, or a similar commercial role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
