We are working together in search of an Account Manager in Finland to manage some of the largest accounts in their portfolio.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager with a strong background in the maritime industry to manage and grow our key accounts. Based in Finland, you will play a critical role in building relationships, understanding client needs, and driving sales of our technical piping solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Sales & Strategy: Identify opportunities to grow revenue by presenting tailored technical solutions aligned with client needs
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of maritime systems to provide guidance and insight into sustainable piping solutions
  • Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine strategies
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and product development, to deliver exceptional results to clients
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven account management experience within the maritime industry
  • Strong ability to sell technical solutions, with a customer-focused approach
  • A solid understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the maritime sector
  • Technical background (engineering experience preferred) or a keen ability to grasp and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in English and Finnish
