We are looking forward to an exciting day at the UKSA, to meet the next generation of superyacht crew professionals. Our visit will begin with an early morning ferry journey to the Isle of Wight, as we head to the UKSA campus on Monday, January 20th, 2025.

Our focus will be on providing guidance—sharing market trends, advice on securing their first role, and tips on presenting themselves to captains, crew, and future employers.
We understand that interviews can be nerve-wracking, so we will make candidates feel at ease and confident about their next steps.
Meet Us
Our team will be based in the Lister House conference room, alongside representatives from other agencies who will also be interviewing candidates.
We encourage all cadets to take this opportunity to ask questions, gain industry insights, and build connections that could shape their careers.

Post-Event Update
Our recent visit to the UKSA was a fantastic opportunity to meet with the next generation of maritime professionals.
The day started with a sunrise ferry journey across to the Isle of Wight. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the first candidates of the day, who guided us to the Lister House conference room.
Throughout the day, Ryan Holloway and Katy Miles interviewed 20 candidates each, learning about their backgrounds, aspirations, and career motivations.
It was a pleasure meeting these cadets, hearing their stories, and offering guidance on their career journeys.
We are proud to continue our strong partnership with the UKSA and appreciate the incredible work they do in preparing the next generation for success.
