Why are we conducting this Naval Architecture survey?
The maritime sector is experiencing a time of transformation and people strategies have never been more important. Understanding the needs and wants of Naval Architects is fundamental to the future success of the sector.
In our seventh year of creating this survey, we want to see how the views, thoughts, and feelings of Naval Architects in their careers have changed over time and what may lie ahead in the future.
How long will the survey take?
We know that life can be busy, so the survey is set up to take no more than five minutes to complete. You can access the survey on your mobile phone, tablet, or desktop computer.
Is my data safe?
The survey is anonymous and confidential – no answers to survey questions can be linked to any personal data that could identify you as an individual.
Who do we want to take part?
Naval Architects – whether you have recently graduated and started work, are at a mid-point in your career or even those who plan to retire later this year, we would love to hear your opinions.
The findings and the report
In our fifth year of creating the Naval Architecture Employment survey, we will be creating a report highlighting trends collated from this survey and the data collected from previous reports.
