Why are we conducting this Naval Architecture survey?

The maritime sector is experiencing a time of transformation and people strategies have never been more important. Understanding the needs and wants of Naval Architects is fundamental to the future success of the sector.

In our seventh year of creating this survey, we want to see how the views, thoughts, and feelings of Naval Architects in their careers have changed over time and what may lie ahead in the future.

We know that life can be busy, so the survey is set up to take no more than five minutes to complete. You can access the survey on your mobile phone, tablet, or desktop computer.

The findings and the report

In our fifth year of creating the Naval Architecture Employment survey, we will be creating a report highlighting trends collated from this survey and the data collected from previous reports.
