What Awaits You:
- Oversee vessel repair, maintenance, and technical support both onshore and during exciting vessel visits.
- Tackle challenges head-on in this rewarding opportunity that demands your expertise in marine engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering and/or Naval Architecture.
- Sea-worthy experience as a Licensed Engineering Officer.
- USCG Unlimited Second Assistant Engineer's license or greater.
- Sea time on Tankers / ATB.
- Past experience in dry-dock or repair supervision.
- Proficiency in the English language and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. or shipyard expertise with shoreside technical roles.
- Technical asset management prowess.
- Project planning and management finesse.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and development.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making wizardry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of marine engineering and technical vessel operations.
- Familiarity with propulsion systems onboard vessels.
- Flexibility for travel, including long distances and overnight stays.
- Physical ability to board vessels using gangways, ladders, and navigate uneven surfaces.
- Willingness to remain accessible for communication and consultation, even during unconventional hours.
