Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee procurement activities, ensuring compliance with policies and best practices.
- Identify, onboard, and negotiate with local and regional vendors.
- Manage supplier quotes, RFQs, and procurement documentation in the ERP system.
- Collaborate with the Logistics Team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor supplier performance and drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Address and resolve non-conforming products and services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in supply chain, preferably in the Offshore, Oil Service, or Marine industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office (Excel, Power BI), and contract management.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork abilities.
