- Proficiency in German and English (essential for conducting interviews, liaising with clients, and managing documentation).
- A background in shipping or logistics (preferred but not essential; the company is willing to train the right person).
- A proactive attitude, strong organisational skills, and the ability to think on your feet.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based system, including 1 evening a week and 1 weekend a month duties (can be from the comfort of your own home).
