As the Senior Dry Docking Manager, you'll lead the execution of scheduled and emergency dry-docking projects across regions and fleets, ensuring smooth communication of project plans and progress to stakeholders. Manage vessel takeovers with expertise and conduct thorough incident investigations. Drive technical project management initiatives, contributing to the establishment of policies and standards across the Group.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive dry dockings and repairs experience for diverse vessel types.
- Proven ability in developing technical specifications, project management and cost control.
- Led shipyard and vendor negotiations.
- Willingness to travel frequently for projects.
