Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.

- Collaborate with other departments such as operations, procurement finance, and marketing to ensure that the strategy is aligned with overall business objectives.

Requirements:
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in working in a sales environment and achieving sales targets.
- Preferred Experience in the distribution channel, preferably in the marine communications industry, and in Asia markets such as Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Experience in managing budgets and forecasting sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve overall business objectives.
