Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential sale and purchase opportunities.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with ship owners, buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of ship sale and purchase agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to ship transactions.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand the company's network and market presence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an SNP Shipbroker.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the maritime industry, including market trends and ship types.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Network: Established network within the maritime industry is a significant advantage.
- Location: Based in Singapore or willing to relocate.
