We are seeking a QHSSE Superintendent to oversee our Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental functions. This position requires strong knowledge of QHSSE management systems, ISM Code, ISPS Code, and ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and enhance safety practices on vessels and in the office.
Manage QHSSE compliance and documentation.
Conduct training and safety coaching for crew members.
Perform audits and inspections to maintain high safety standards.
Address QHSSE deficiencies and client requirements.
Support the marine superintendent and assist with QHSSE tasks.
Travel to vessels for audits and training as needed.

Requirements:

Relevant certifications (ISM/ISPS/ISO Auditor, DPA/CSO, Accident Investigation)
Minimum 5 years in marine QHSSE roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Seafaring experience preferred
Willingness to travel on short notice
