Responsibilities:
- Review proposal enquiry documents to understand client scope requirements and communicate them to the bid/proposal team.
- Manage and monitor the progress of the bid team's initial assessment of technical, financial, and schedule aspects associated with a proposal to meet the response deadline.
- Perform Bid/No Bid assessments.
- Arrange a bid kick-off meeting with the selected team, share enquiry documents, and agree on an approach and bid plan.
- Manage/co-ordinate the technical team's proposal contribution, including scope description, deliverables, and man-hour/costs, in time for management review and client submission. Ensure the technical team understands the scope of delivery by using network analysis diagrams, other tools, or senior management input.
- Liaise with clients to respond to proposal/bid clarifications, follow up on submitted proposals, and review compliance of received purchase orders with the proposal.
- Work with and coordinate meetings with sales team.
- Degree or HND/HNC in relevant subject.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
- Experience in preparing bids and proposals in the fields of engineering services, technical design, or technical consultancy.
