Are you a seasoned procurement professional with a passion for strategic sourcing and supplier management? We are seeking a dynamic Procurement Lead to join this company's team and to drive global fleet procurement strategies to the next level.

About the Role:
As the Procurement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing global procurement strategies that align with the company’s objectives. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire procurement process, from fleet requisition to the delivery of products and services, ensuring that they meet the needs of their internal stakeholders efficiently and effectively.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop and implement robust global procurement strategies for fleet operations.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier identification, market research, RFI/RFQ/RFP issuance, proposal evaluation, contract negotiation, and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key fleet suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Oversee the Non-Conformity Reporting program, ensuring prompt vendor follow-up and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand and meet their sourcing needs.
  • Monitor and report on supplier performance, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive procurement efficiencies while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and mentor the global procurement team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Step into the role of Global Fleet Procurement Manager during their absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in sourcing or procurement are a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Power BI) and experience with procurement ERP software.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex procurement data.
  • Expertise in vendor negotiations, contracts, and contract management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, preferably within the Offshore, Oil Service, or Marine industry.
  • Proven track record in managing procurement operations and a deep understanding of sourcing and logistics interfaces.
Travel Requirements:
  • Approximately 20% travel is required for this role.
