The role offers:
- Salary $3500 per month onboard.
- 6 months on 2 month off contract

- Minimum 2 years experience as Pastry Chef either on a Cruise Ship or a 4/5 star Hotel/Restaurant.
- Extensive experience in international Cuisine.
- Proven experience working in large galleys within a fast paced operation.
- Chocolatier and Sugaring is a bonus but not essential
