We’re hiring for an Operations Performance Analyst on behalf of a leading global energy company in Dubai, dedicated to revolutionising the way the world accesses clean and reliable LNG energy.
As an Operations Performance Analyst, you will support the VP of Global Operations & Maintenance, turning raw data into polished reports that drive decision-making at the highest levels. With a strong focus on data analysis and performance assurance, you’ll play a key role in optimizing fleet operations.
You’ll work with advanced tools like Power BI, Excel, Python, and SQL to gather, analyse, and present data for internal teams and senior management.
This is a fast-paced role requiring strong technical skills and an engineering background (preferably chemical engineering) to ensure accuracy and efficiency in reporting.
What You'll Do:
- Crunch data and develop reports to support operational performance improvements.
- Analyse and streamline processes across the global fleet.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure compliance with KPIs, metrics, and operational goals.
- Use tools like Power BI, Python, and SQL to deliver data-driven insights.
- Support senior management with clear, data-backed presentations and reports.
Ideally you will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Petroleum, Environmental preferred), coupled with some years of experience in a relevant role.
Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and familiarity with Python/SQL is essential for success.
A background in maritime, offshore, oil & gas, or ship management is ideal but essential.
