Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operations between internal teams and third-party agents
- Oversee vessel stowage plans and terminal operations
- Optimize vessel performance and monitor terminal and vendor efficiency
- Lead and develop the operations team
- Support sales expansion and procurement processes within the region
- Maritime industry knowledge, especially in container vessels and stowage
- Experience with Navis and Seacos/Stowman systems
- Legal residency or nationality of the country of assignment
- Full proficiency in Spanish and English
