Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with vessel Owners, Captains, Charterers, Brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with Charter Party terms.
- Oversee financial aspects related to Voyage or Time Charters.
- Prepare final calculations for voyage charters.
- Monitor vessel performance daily.
- Supervise delivery and redelivery procedures.
- Coordinate port agent appointments.
- Manage Time Charter hires, freight payments, and prepare related invoices.
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of dry bulk operations experience with knowledge of charter parties.
- Strong understanding of international maritime regulations and port operations.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and strategic thinker.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer orientation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
