Faststream Yacht Crew is excited to present an opportunity for a seasoned Lead Deckhand to join a highly desirable 40m+ motor yacht based in the Mediterranean, operating on a busy private/charter programme.

This position is ideal for a strong Lead Deckhand looking to progress their career, with ample training opportunities and a supportive crew dynamic.
We are seeking an experienced Lead Deckhand with at least three years in the industry, ready for their next career challenge.

To be considered, you must hold the following:

Valid STCW documentation and seagoing medical
AEC1 and PB2 (Yachtmaster is a highly desirable addition)
Three seasons of industry experience
Availability from mid-March

In return, the yacht offers:

€3,500 – €4,000 DOE
42 days of leave per year
Extensive training opportunities
Flight allowance
