Our client is passionate about freight logistics and committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a leading player in the industry, they are seeking a Key Accounts Manager to join their team in the North of France.  
 
Location: Northern France

Key responsibilities:
    • To generate new business and associated sales growth by promoting and selling products/services to the Direct and Business to Business (B2B) Freight markets
    • Maintain and grow existing accounts to maximise volume/revenue/yield as per the Business freight strategy.
    • Manage and negotiate with leading accounts within the designated area to achieve the best outcome for the Business across all routes.
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    • To develop and share knowledge of market changes and competitor activity with the team
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. (Winplans).
    • Actively grow revenue through new business generation, selling to the market together with the Business route network
    • To work as one team and share best practice to drive performance
    • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
    • Establish, develop and maintain and grow positive business and customer relationships and build loyalty to the brand.
    • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and online research.
