About Us

Faststream are working with a leading Marine Turbocharger Service provider TSI. In response to our recent expansion, we’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to champion new business growth. This position is ideal for a sales professional with experience in the maritime industry and a track record in a results-oriented sales environment.

Role Overview

The International Sales Manager will work directly with the Sales Director to expand our customer base and grow existing accounts within designated territories. A focus on achieving clear targets and sales objectives is essential, along with dedication, persistence, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities to meet international growth objectives
  • Initiate sales via calls and online meetings, scheduling in-person meetings as needed
  • Collaborate with the sales team and international agents to secure new business
  • Travel internationally, particularly within Europe, approximately 8-10 days/month
  • Monitor and evaluate customer performance
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure cohesive communication and strategy
  • Promote our global facilities and services
  • Attend weekly sales meetings (in person or via Teams) and provide regular sales reports
About You

We’re looking for someone who thrives on building connections with clients across diverse regions and cultures. You should have strong maritime industry experience, ideally in a sales role, and bring an enthusiastic and dynamic approach to customer engagement. Confidence and approachability are key, as is comfort with picking up the phone and speaking directly with clients.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in remote communication tools (Teams/Zoom) and technology for online meetings
  • A strong relationship builder with a genuine interest in clients’ needs
  • Motivated, ambitious, and ready to contribute as both a team player and an independent leader
  • High attention to detail and strong computer skills
