This role leads the overall human resources function, supporting the workforce, including maritime crew. Key responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding staff, assisting with crew scheduling and compliance, and managing performance and training programs. You’ll develop HR policies and strategies to foster a safe and productive workplace, ensuring alignment with business goals while also providing guidance on crew-specific HR needs. Key Requirements
  • Proven HR management experience, with knowledge of maritime crew operations preferred.
  • Ability to quickly grasp employment laws and visa/work permit processes.
  • Experience in workforce planning, including crew scheduling and compliance.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and training programs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
