- Demonstrated expertise in managing subsea/SURF, onshore, and offshore projects, including large-scale oil & gas construction and installation in a senior leadership position.
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects with a focus on quality, safety, and budget adherence.
- Strong understanding of industry standards, HSE regulations, and project management methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of building and guiding high-performing teams.
