Global Business Leader - Offshore Catering Services

Following a recent internal promotion, Faststream have been selected to partner with this highly reputable organisation to identify a new Global Business Leader who will continue the company growth trajectory. With an excellent handover you will hit the ground running, bringing fresh ideas and consolidating the current business position. It will then be your responsibility to review and deliver a revitalised business growth strategy.
You will be based out of our Clients global headquarters in Aberdeen (UK) and have responsible for the long-term commercial development of a market leading offshore catering business. With entities worldwide from Canada to Singapore and operational assets in Guyana and the Gulf of Mexico, West Africa, Egypt, Israel and South East Asia this is a truly global opportunity.
Your Responsibilities –
You will be managing global operations and full responsibility for profit and loss.
You will be given full commercial leadership and be tasked with achieving financial goals and targets.
You will have opportunities to identify investment opportunities, potential acquisitions and partnerships.
You will take full oversight and optimise end-to-end business operations.
You will have responsibility for a large team of people - planning, development and succession will be critical to success in this role.
You will lead, mentor, and develop others alongside your Management Team fostering a culture of excellence, safety and continuous improvement.
Location – Aberdeen based with hybrid / remote working and travel
About You –
You will have extensive experience in a senior management position
You will be an outstanding operational leader with fantastic people skills
Your leadership strengths will flourish in a sales environment with demonstrated business development success
You will be an expert at managing customers and key stakeholders at all levels
You will excel at strategic planning and implementation
Please note that offshore catering experience is not required.
