Crewing Coordinator Opportuntiy - Swansea.
  
Our client, a reputable and rapidly growing CTV business, is seeking to expand their Crewing Department by adding talented and dedicated professional to their team. We are looking for an organised professional ideally with either maritime or aviation experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage crew schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels.
  • Liaise with crew members, ensuring all necessary certifications and documents are up-to-date.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new crew members.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to crew activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in maritime or aviation industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using crewing software and other relevant tools.
