Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior HR & Compliance Manager in the day-to-day aspects of crew employment
- Monitoring of seafarer qualifications
- Ensure crew and vessels meet MLC employment requirements
- Provide administrative and compliance support with onboarding crew
- Regular monitoring and updating of yacht certifications
- Collect crew certificates and verify authenticity
- Managing documents
- Administrative support to the team in all areas of crew compliance relating to the employment and payroll of seafarers
- Experience within the maritime sector, particularly the Superyacht industry
- Knowledge of the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 (MLC, 2006)
- An excellent communicator at all levels and the ability to liaise professionally with colleagues, Captains, Crew and Clients
- High degree of attention, excellent administrative skills and capable of checking / recording information accurately
- English speaking
- Proficiency in all Microsoft packages including word, excel, SharePoint, etc
- Ability to speak another language
- Previous experience in crew employment
