Job Description

Faststream Recruitment is seeking an experienced Cost Control Manager for a shipyard specializing in the newbuild and repair of marine vessels, including oil tankers and offshore structures.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing project budgets, cost reporting, and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) setup
  • Monitoring actual costs and cost commitments, analyzing variances, and forecasting project completion costs
  • Handling change orders, budget transfers, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Preparing monthly cost reports, project status updates, and facilitating billing processes with Commercial
  • Promoting cost awareness across project teams and working with stakeholders to align on cost control objectives
