My client is a Premier Yacht Management Company, dedicated to providing exceptional services to yacht owners and charter clients. Position Overview:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with their discerning clientele, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalised and responsive service.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand clients' needs and preferences, and tailor our services to meet those requirements.
  • Coordinate with various departments (technical, crew, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of assigned yachts, including maintenance, operations, and compliance.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of client events and charters.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on yacht performance and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 years Deck Officer or Purser level experience
  • 4 years' experience onboard yachts or 4 years relevant experience as a Client Manager or similar role in yacht management 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Accounting knowledge and ability to analyse budgets
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French and other languages is a plus.
  • Knowledge of yacht operations, maintenance, and regulations is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel and attend to clients' needs outside regular working hours.
