Faststream is recruiting a Chartering Operations Manager in dry bulk or tankers for an ambitious, forward-thinking ship operator. With the company thriving in the market, there is significant growth opportunity.

You will be part of a small, tight-knit team in Dubai, chartering vessels from your connections with ship owners and competitively chartering in and out of the market. You will oversee the vessel's life cycle from every aspect of pre- to post-fixture. Leveraging your connections, you will have the autonomy to negotiate and manage your desk as if it were your own business, benefiting both yourself and the company.

Do you have experience in competitive chartering in and out, ship operations, and handling laytime/claims within the dry bulk or tanker sector?

Strong written and verbal English skills are essential, and proficiency in Russian (both written and oral) is highly beneficial.
