To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:
- Have a minimum of 2 years leadership experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
- Have strong guest service skills and attention to detail.
- Have extensive experience in leading, training, and motivating a multicultural Restaurant team.
- Hold knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP is a plus).
- Cruise ship experience is preferred but not essential.
- $4500 per month on board
- 4 months on / 2 month off rotation
