Are you an experienced Account Manager with a background in Maritime sales?
Faststream are working with a global, maritime service company who are looking to hire. This company are present in over 350 ports worldwide, their mission is to keep vessels compliant and safe.

For this Account manager role, the business are looking for ambitious, customer facing sales individuals to join their dynamic environment and selling their portfolio of products, such as ballast water treatment systems in the marine industry.

What we’re looking for
  • Key attributes; sense of urgency, team player, a positive and winning mentality
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ideally 2- 5 years Account Management experience
  • Experience in the international shipping business is beneficial
  • Strong English (reading and writing) and any other languages beneficial  
  • Being a tech savvy is a plus
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive external sales for existing key accounts for the business
  • Expand the sales of existing product portfolios
  • Respond to all sales leads/key correspondence within identified timelines.
  • Manage/Grow assigned customer and budget base; pursue and secure business inline with corporate objectives within the assigned portfolio.
  • Regularly report sales pipelines, future opportunities, and competitor analysis
