We are seeking a Vessel Manager to join a growing offshore operations team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in marine operations, safety, and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety & Compliance: Implement the SHEQ Management System, ensuring full compliance with international and client regulations.
- Vessel Operations: Oversee safe and profitable vessel operations, manage mobilisation, and handle the procurement process for assigned vessels.
- Crewing & Fleet Management: Direct crewing activities, conduct vessel inspections, and maintain high operational standards.
- Client Relations: Develop strong client relationships, ensuring vessel performance meets charter requirements.
- Education: Marine qualification/degree.
- Experience: 5+ years in shipping operations, with seagoing experience preferred (Offshore vessels, preferrable to have ADNOC approval)
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and management skills. Fluent in English.
