Roles & Responsibilities:
- Validate daily physical crude and product transactions according to company procedures.
- Verify accuracy of daily market data, ensuring compliance with protocols.
- Support end-of-day processes for position and PNL reporting in ETRM systems.
- Monitor unauthorized trades and mandates/limits adherence.
- Conduct daily market conformity checks for physical oil transactions.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, promptly addressing audit requests.
- Manage month-end and quarter-end checks for physical oil activities.
- Drive automation efforts, collaborate with ICT for system developments, and serve as a key interface with departments and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (economics, finance, business, etc.).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade control or a related role within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on refined products.
- Strong understanding of physical operations related to refined products, including logistics, storage, and transportation.
- Proficiency in analyzing market data, interpreting trends, and making informed decisions based on market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with trade control systems and software used in the oil and gas trading industry.
