Are you an experienced marine professional with a passion for the offshore vessel industry? We're seeking a Technical Superintendent to drive technical operations for our client's growing presence in Shanghai.  Reporting to the head office in Greece, this role requires proficiency in Chinese for local client interactions and English for internal communications with our global team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with marine legislation and Class society rules.
  • Oversee vessel operations, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Manage crew administration and assignments.
  • Report vessel defects to the Technical Director.
  • Support and supervise the fleet.
  • Ensure technical management standards are met.
  • Monitor vessel maintenance and operating costs.
  • Coordinate with Class Societies, Flag State Authorities, and the Procurement Department.
  • Schedule major repairs, dry dockings, and modifications
Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of the offshore vessel industry. Experience with cable Laying will be a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English. (Must have both)
