Our client, a distinguished global maritime organisation, is currently seeking an experienced talent with extensive experience in servicing lifeboats, survival craft, and davit systems to join their team in Mumbai.
As a key team member, you will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with regulatory audits, efficiently planning service schedules, and managing service engineers. Your role will also involve providing in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for servicing, repairing, and upgrading lifeboats and davit systems. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role as a certified trainer and supervisor, overseeing maintenance and thorough examinations (Annual & 5 Years), and assisting in the preparation of quotations for service contracts and renewals.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in the maritime industry, particularly in servicing lifeboats, survival craft, and davit systems.
- Exceptional client management skills to effectively handle service enquiries and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage work schedules and coordinate with service managers and engineers.
- Proven team management experience.
