In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in vessel operations, project coordination, and technical documentation in a dynamic environment alongside seasoned professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and executing repair projects, including site visits.
  • Help prepare and manage operational budgets.
  • Coordinate service engineer schedules and logistics for vessel boarding.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Track fleet service arrangements and maintain records.
  • Support regulatory compliance (ETS, MRV, IMO) and claim management.
  • Assist with audits, surveys, and fleet management updates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in maritime studies, logistics, or related field.
  • Experience in Technical/marine department coordinating
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
