A leading company in the Oil & Gas/Marine industry is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to optimize and restructure its supply chain operations. The role involves leading procurement, vendor management, and logistics across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within the Oil & Gas or Marine sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an efficient supply chain strategy
  • Manage relationships with global suppliers and ensure compliance
  • Lead cost analysis, risk mitigation, and vendor negotiations
  • Guide and train a multi-national team
  • Drive digitalization and automation of supply chain processes
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align supply chain objectives
  • Monitor KPIs and report to senior management
Qualifications:
BSc in Engineering/Supply Chain Management required, MSc preferred. Strong leadership, vendor management, and cost analysis skills essential.
