Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute chartering strategies to maximize fleet utilization and profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, shipowners, and brokers.
- Negotiate charter contracts and manage performance metrics.
- Stay informed on market trends to drive decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in dry bulk chartering. With MPP vessels preferred/ advantage!
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record.
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
